Central Police Forces Exam 2012

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) was Formation in Oct 1, 1926 (84 years ago) and it is a constitutional body in the Republic of India. The Union Public Service Commission has conducted Written Examination for recruitment of Assistant Commandants (Group A) in the CPF namely BSF, CRPF, ITBP and SSB every year.

Post Name – AC Assistant Commandants (Group A)
Age Limit – Minimum 20 Years to Maximum 25 Years
Selection Process – Written Examination, Physical Test, Medical Test, and Interview Merit List
Release Date for Receipt of Applications:28th july,2012
Last Date for Receipt of Applications : 27th August, 2012
Date of Examination : 11th November, 2012

Educational Qualifications :

For appearing in CPF exam candidate must have Bachelor’s degree from recognized University or an equivalent qualification.

Candidates can apply for exam if he is studying in final year Degree Course and have yet to pass final year degree examination or equivalent examination, but they will be required to submit proof of passing by the specified dates published in Commission’s Notice for Examination.

CPF AC Test pattern:

Part 1
General Ability and Intelligence: 125 questions( Include areas of GS, GK, Arithmetic, Geography etc.)

Paper II
Essay Writing and Comprehension: 30 questions
